A1 Superyacht Consultancy Ltd., based in Cyprus, was founded and is led by Olaf Steckstor from Germany. Olaf brings extensive hands-on experience as a Technician, Master Mariner, Yacht Manager, Auditor / Surveyor and Project Manager, with a strong track record as Captain on superyachts exceeding 100 metres and as new build and refit Project Manager for yachts up to 160 meters.
 
Olaf leads a dedicated team of senior maritime professionals who share a commitment to providing superyacht owners with transparent, secure, and highly personalised support. Our approach is built on trust, discretion, and calm professionalism, with one clear goal: making ownership easier, safer, and more enjoyable.
 
We do not advise from the outside. Our team comes from the operational side of the industry and understands what it takes to run a yacht properly day after day. From bridge to engine room, from shipyard periods to cruising seasons, we know the realities behind standards, compliance, reporting, budgets, and the many interfaces between owners, captains, crew, flag, class, insurers, and suppliers.
